Ingredients

    10 boneless skinless chicken breast halved
    ( I put 5 in ingredient list because they calculate the whole breast)
    2 c dry bread crumbs
    2 tbs all-purpose flour
    1 tbs dried oregano
    2 tsp salt
    2 tsp black pepper
    1 tbs vegi oil
    1 1/2 c packed brown sugar
    1/4 c prepared mustard
    1/2 ketchup
    1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
    1 tbs soy sauce
    1/4 c grated onion
    1/2 tsp salt
    3/4 c water
    10 pineapple rings

Directions

rinse chicken and pat dry.
mix dry ingredients
heat oil med heat
dredge chicken in dry mix and cook 4 min a side
put cooked chicken in 9x13 baking dish
oven 350
in sauce pan low heat cook remaining ingredients except pineapple, bring to boil, then poor over chicken, put pineapple rings over chicken and sauce, cover bake
1 hour
