4 potatoes, sliced 1 c milk, 2% ~4 T margarine 1 c fresh mushrooms, sliced 2 c extra lean ham, diced 1 T corn starch
Layer ham, potatoes, mushrooms in a 9x13 baking dish (sprayed with non-stick cooking spray), with margarine dots in between layers. Thicken cold milk with corn starch; pour over layers. Bake 350 until potatoes are tender. Serves 6.
