Ingredients

3/4 cup purple puree
3 tbsp white bean puree
1/2 cup pure dark chocolate chips
1 tbsp becel olive oil spread
2 eggs
1/4 cup plain, fat free yogurt
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 tsp stevia powdered extract
1/4 cup dark cocoa
1/3cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup wheat germ
1/4 cup oat bran
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9" square pan with non-stick spray.
Melt chocolate with becel in microwave or on LOW heat on the stove top.
Place all ingredients in bowl. Blend well. Spread into pan. Bake for 30-40 minutes.
Makes 16 brownies.

Purple puree is spinach and blueberries pureed. There is a recipe for purple puree and white bean puree in the CLEAN EATS RECIPES team cookbook. Same cookbook as the brownie recipe...
