Introduction

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    All-Purpose Flour (1-1/2 cups)
    Splenda (1 Tbsp)
    Baking Powder (1/2 tsp)
    Salt (1/2 tsp)
    Non-Fat Milk (2 cups)
    Butter (2 Tbsp, melted)
    Vanilla Extract (1/2 tsp)
    Fresh Eggs (2 large)

Directions

* Mix dry ingredients in bowl
* Add milk, eggs, butter, and vanilla - mix well
* Heat skillet on medium heat
* Spray skillet with cooking spray
* Add 1/4 cup of batter to skillet
* Cook each side for about 30-45 seconds
* Stack with wax paper in between each crepe - keep covered
* Serve hot with any filling you like, or just plain if desired!
