Brown Rice Salad

Introduction

Sick of the same old salads day after day, week after week? Try this for a different Summer salad treat! Sick of the same old salads day after day, week after week? Try this for a different Summer salad treat!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    3 Cups cooked Brown Rice
    1 cup frozen Green Beans (French Cut)
    1 9oz package frozen Artichoke Hearts
    2 cups chopped Cabbage
    1/4 cup grated Carrots
    1/2 cup Italian dressing

Directions

Rince the Green Beans and Artichoke hearts in cold water for 30 seconds and drain well. Toss with remaining ingredients an chill for four hours. Serving size is a heaping cup of this great salad.

SUGGESTIONS:
Use the cole slaw mix if you have it, instead of the cabbage and carrots. Also try using YOUR favorite salad dressing.

Great served with Chicken, Shrimp etc.

(Wish Bone Italian Dressing is what I used in the Nutritional count)
