3 Cups cooked Brown Rice
1 cup frozen Green Beans (French Cut)
1 9oz package frozen Artichoke Hearts
2 cups chopped Cabbage
1/4 cup grated Carrots
1/2 cup Italian dressing
Use the cole slaw mix if you have it, instead of the cabbage and carrots. Also try using YOUR favorite salad dressing.
Great served with Chicken, Shrimp etc.
(Wish Bone Italian Dressing is what I used in the Nutritional count)
