6 egg whites (1 c. liquid egg white)
1/4 c. water
2 Tbsp. soft margarine
1 c. fat free yogurt
1 box lemon cake mix (I used Pilsbury)
1 Tbsp poppy seed
You may add an icing made from 1/2 c. powdered sugar mixed with the juice of a lemon. This is not calculated in the recipe in order to keep it lower in calories.
I cut each loaf into 8 slices (16 total) Freezes well....
