Lasagna Mamma Style

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 tall container of cottage cheese
    4 cups of mozzarella cheese
    9 Lasagna noodles
    1 container of Ragu traditional spaghetti sauce
    15 Tbsp Parmesan cheese(as desired)
    1 pound ground turkey

Directions

Preheat oven to 350.
Brown 1 pound of ground turkey. Boil noodles till tender( don't cook all the way). In large bowl mix, spaghetti sauce, ground turkey, and cottage cheese.
In 3 layers:
3 noodles, spaghettie sauce mix, mozzarella cheese, then parmesan. Repeat two more times.

Cook for 55 minutes in 13 x 9 pan, ungreased.
