Banana-Berry Green Smoothie

Introduction

This is a healthy, protein-rich, frozen smoothie drink, that tastes delicious! This is a healthy, protein-rich, frozen smoothie drink, that tastes delicious!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/4 cup of water
    5-6 ice cubes
    1 cup of semi-frozen/partially thawed mixed berries
    1 medium banana--broken into pieces
    1 handful, or cup of leafy greens; or (preferred) 1 tsp. green protein powder

    *Optional: I add 1tsp of coconut oil (healthy fat); and 1tsp. of Maca or Gogi-Berry powder for an extra nutritional punch!

Directions

Add water and ice to the bottom of the belender
Add the frozen berries
Add the banana pieces
Add the leafy greens or green protein powder
*Add optional ingredients, if chosen.

Blend and pulse, until smooth or your desired consistency.
Pour into an 8oz. glass and drink.

It is Banana-Berry-licious!
