1/4 cup chopped cucumber
1/4 of a medium sized tomato, chopped
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1/4 of a medium sized red pepper, chopped
1 oz of feta cheese
2 Tbsp of hummus
1 Light, Flatout Bread
I added a splash of red wine vinegar (NOT salad dressing with oil) and this is not included in the nutritional info.
Spread hummus onto the wrap.
Top with veggies and feta.
Roll up and eat!
Makes 1 sandwich.
