Ingredients

    12 oz lean ground beef
    1 cup chopped onion
    .5 cup chopped green pepper
    2 cloves garlic
    15 oz dark red kidney beans
    14oz can diced tomatos
    8 oz can tomato sauce
    2-3 tsp chili powder
    .5 tpn dried crushed basil

Directions

cook ground beef, onion, sweet pepper, and garlic until meat is brown. drain fat. stir in all other ingredients and bring to a boil. reduce heat simmer covered for 20 min.
