Meatballs

Introduction

3 WW points per serving 3 WW points per serving
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2 lbs. ground turkey (93/7)
    1 T basil
    1 T onion powder
    1 T garlic powder
    1 t red pepper flakes (or more if you like them spicy)
    2 t salt
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    1/2 c oatmeal
    1/4 cup skim milk

Directions

Mix all ingredients. Using a spoon, form into balls. You should get between 42-48 balls. Bake at 350 until done.

Simmer in your favorite marinara sauce for 90 minutes for best flavor.

For meatball subs-
Serve 4 meatballs on on ff hot dog bun w/ extra marinara sauce and a serving of mozzarella cheese.
