Perfect Corn Bread muffins

Introduction

A healthy corn bread, and so easy to make! A healthy corn bread, and so easy to make!
Number of Servings: 36

Ingredients

    2 cups whole wheat flour
    8 tsp baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp salt
    2 cups yellow cornmeal
    1/2 cup honey
    4 eggs
    2 cups water
    1/2 cup oil

Directions

Sift flour, baking powder, salt, and cornmeal together. Add honey, eggs, water, and oil. Mix thoroughly.
Preheat oven to 425. Spoon mix into muffin tins 2/3 full. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes or until brown. Makes 3 dozen.
