Salsa, 1 tbsp
Scallions, raw, 1 medium (4-1/8" long)
Tortilla chips, low fat (baked), 12 each
Daisy Light Sour Cream, 2 tbsp
Jennie-O Extra Lean Ground Turkey, 1/4 lb.
Onion - Raw (Serving = 1 slice 1/8" thick),
Taco bell salsa con queso, 2 serving
Black Olives - Medium pitted (5 olives),
My recipe is for 2 but you can easily add more ingredients if you're feeding more people.
I make my own salsa using fresh tomatoes, a slice of onion and a clove of garlic chopped fine plus a can of tomatoes and peppers, but you can use ready made salsa if preferred.
Arrange tortilla chips on plates.
Divide the ground turkey between servings.
Add black olives and scallions
Pour salsa con queso over top
Add a tablespoon each of sour cream and salsa and enjoy
