Jerk Ribs

Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    3 lbs + ribs, cut into serving size pieces, remove as much fat as possible (pack size 1379.5 gm pack -216 fat =1163.5 to cook)
    1/4 cup of A1 Marinade
    1/4 cup of water

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Line baking pan with heavy foil and place prepared pieces on foil. Combine A1 marinade with water and pour over ribs. Cook 45 minutes, turn, baste and finish cooking.

Makes 10 - 4oz servings
