IntroductionYummy, quick and nutritious! Yummy, quick and nutritious!
Apple (1 Med)
Oats (1/3 Cup)
Brown Sugar (1 tsp)
Cinnamon (1/2 Tsp or to taste)
sprinkle cinnamon over apples
Melt margarine and pour over oats and brown sugar and mix together.
Pour oats mixture over apples and press down to pack.
Bake 25 min at 350
**note - the nutritional info is calculated for 2 servings but its still not that bad for just one :)

I made this the other night and really enjoyed it- the only thing was that I had to do a bit of guesswork when it came to the ingredient amounts but it was great. - 6/13/09
