Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    1 can of black beans
    1 can of diced tomatoes
    1 cup of frozen corn
    1 small onion
    1 clove of garlic
    1 small lime
    1/4 tsp of extra spicy Mrs. Dash
    1/4 tsp of crushed red pepper
    1 dash of salt

Directions

Open cans of beans and tomatoes and pour into pan. Add Mrs. Dash, salt, crushed pepper, and lime juice to pan. Heat until mixture thickens. Stir occasionally. Let cool.

Put frozen corn in a strainer and rinse to defrost. Add corn, chopped onion and garlic to container. Mix in more lime juice and sprinkle with extra spicy Mrs. Dash with corn, onion and garlic mixture. When Beans and tomatoes are cool add to corn mixture and stir together. Put mixture in the fridge for a couple of hours.

Enjoy with corn chips or over lettuce.
