Ingredients

    1 Pkg Southwestern Simply Potatoe Shredded
    1 26 OZ Extra Lean Ground Turkey
    6 Garlic cloves chopped
    1 Pkg Frozen Mixed Vegetables, defrosted
    2 cans mushrooms, drained
    1 can each cream of celery and mushroom
    Fresh or dried basil to taste
    2 Tbsp instant beef bouillon
    1 cup light sour cream

Directions

Brown Turkey, add chopped Garlic. Line bottom of crockpot with potatoes. Add cooked meant and garlic and then frozen vegetables and drained mushrooms. Mix sourcream & 2 cans of cream soup with spices. Add to top of the vegetables and slow cook on low 5 hours.
