Introduction

Potatoes & onions that can be cooked in the oven or on the stove. Potatoes & onions that can be cooked in the oven or on the stove.

Ingredients

    4 red potatoes
    1 white onion
    2 tsp (or to taste) garlic seasoning
    1 T olive oil

Directions

Chop onions and potatoes into bite sized pieces. Put into a bowl and add oil and seasoning. Stir to coat potatoes.

Put potatoes & onions into non stick fry pan with a lid. Put on medium heat and cover. Cook stirring occasionally for 10 minutes. Uncover and let potatoes cook for 5 more minutes.
