Chicken Breast, no skin, 16 ounces -- sliced into strips
Kroger Mixed Vegetables, one can (drained)
98% fat free cream of chicken soup, one can
Water, tap, 1.5 cup
White Rice, long grain, 1 cup
Garlic, minced, 1 tsp
Stir thoroughly and add chicken strips, stir again.
Bake at 400 for one hour. Uncover and cook for 5 minutes more.
