Fiberlicious Smoothie

Ingredients

    1/2 C. fiber one cereal, ground
    1/2 C. non fat fruity yogurt
    1 egg white
    1/2 C. frozen fruit
    1/4 C. skim milk
    ice to texture preference


Directions

***Pulse the cereal before you add the rest of the ingredients for smoothest consistency.

Add yogurt, fruit, egg white, and milk. Pulse it baby! Then, add as much ice as you want.

Also, egg whites can be a weird thing to eat, so omit if preferred. Protein powder or egg white substitute works well.

Fruit choice and yogurt is interchangeable. The key here is fiber, protein, and low fat dairy!
