Fresh Chicken Kabobs

1 lb BL/SL Chicken beasts
1/2 each Red & Green Bell pepper
1/2 Red or White Onion cut into large wide slices
Morton's Montreal Steak Seasoning
Soak skewers (if wood) in water while prepping. Cut chick beasts into chunks (about 1 1/2" cubes). Cut peppers and onion into 1 1/2" wide squares. String onto skewers alternating chicken with pepper and onion, leaving enough room on ends to turn. Sprinkle with Morton's and place on hot grill cooking 5-6mins a side.
