Ingredients

    6 oz. Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Vanilla, 8
    1 Small Banana
    1 Tbsp. natural peanut butter
    1/2 Tbsp. Tbsp hemp oil
    1/2 Tbsp. Flax Seeds
    1 Scoop Spirutein-Vanilla
    Ice

Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender or Vita-Mix and process until smooth. Enjoy!!
