Baked Tilapia and Vegetables

Introduction

Ingredients

    1 tilapia fillet
    1/2 cup broccoli
    1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced or whole
    green bell pepper strips to taste
    Mrs. Dash seasoning to taste
    Non-stick cooking spray
    Aluminum foil

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Tear off a sheet of foil large enough to encase ingredients and spray with non-stick cooking spray.

Place fish and veges on foil, sprinkle with Mrs. Dash and shape foil into a pouch, covering the ingredients.

Bake at 350 F for about 15 minutes or until fish is flaky.

Makes one serving.
