Ingredients

    Beef chuck, 16 oz
    Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh, 1 Tomato, 20 serving
    Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 4 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia)
    Zucchini, baby, 4 medium
    4 sweet onions

Directions

Cut the beef into cubes... make sure to have the same number of cubes per person.
Expect 5 cherry tomatoes, a pepper (cut in chunks), a sweet onion, quartered, and a Zuke (also cut in chunks) for each person.
While you're prepping the food, have your wooden skewers soaking in warm water.
Divide everything into four piles and skewer in patterns.
Grill about 20 minutes or until as done as you like it.
