2/3 C onion
1/3 C flour
dash of salt and pepper
1.75 C chicken broth (10.75 oz can)
2 chicken boullion cubes
2/3 C milk
2 C chicken (these nutritional facts are for only 1.33 C chicken)
2 C mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, beans, corn)
2 C flour
1 C crisco (these nutritional facts reflect only 1/2 C crisco)
2 Tbsp vinegar
2 Tbsp water
2 Tbsp Celery seed
add flour, salt and pepper.
Add broth, cubes, milk and stir until creamy
Add cooked, cubed chicken and veggies
Mix and heat
mix flour and crisco
separate bowl mix vinegar, water and egg
Add bowls together and mix.
Add celery seed.
*you can either put half of the crust on top and bottom - or all on bottome. Roll it out and cut in half if doing both. If just on bottom I just pounded it in the bottom of the pan. Yum*
Preheat oven to 425
Pour crust in 13x9" pan or pie pans.
Pour in filling mixture.
Bake for about 25 minutes or until it is golden brown.
