I like the health benefits and flavor of garlic but don't need the sodium that often accompanies it. I like the health benefits and flavor of garlic but don't need the sodium that often accompanies it.Number of Servings: 8
Ingredients

2 c. white rice
1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
4 cloves garlic
4 c. water
Directions
Rinse rice until water runs clear. Add all ingredients to rice cooker and run it. If doing the stovetop method, place all ingredients in a pot, bring to boil. Reduce to a simmer and simmer for 25 minutes or so. Stir it once in the middle to keep things from sticking to the bottom of the pan.
Makes about 8 1-cup servings.
