1 can whole kernel corn with water. 1 can cream corn 1 stick margarine 1 Jiffy cornbread mix 8 oz. sour cream minced onion
Melt butter in microwave safe bowl. Add corn with the water in the can and the creamed corn. Add sour cream and mix well. Add Jiffy Corn muffin mix and minced onion. Put into 9x13 greased pan. Cook at 350 for 40 minutes, Top will be crackly and slightly browned when done.
