Beef Tips Dinner 1 serving = 1 c mixture

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2.5 lbs shredded beef, Carne Piccata (thinly sliced/shredded raw beef)
    1 c chopped onion
    3/4 c chopped bell pepper
    1 c chopped carrots
    14 oz can Petite diced tomatoes
    1 Tomato and Chicken Bouillion Cube
    3 tsp Season Salt
    2 tsp ground black pepper
    2 tsp garlic powder
    2 c water

Directions

Season raw meat with garlic powder, season salt, and black pepper. Brown meat in a large skillet, remove to a bowl, reserve drippings. Add in onion, bell pepper and carrots, saute 3 to 4 minutes. Add beef back in to pot. Add in canned tomatoes and stir. Add in 2 cups of water and boullion cube. Stir, cover and simmer 45 minutes stirring occasionally. Makes 8- 1 cup servings.
