Introduction

Easy recipe to be made in crock pot. Between a soup and a stew for thickness. Can be adapted using cubed beef, ground beef or ground turkey. Easy recipe to be made in crock pot. Between a soup and a stew for thickness. Can be adapted using cubed beef, ground beef or ground turkey.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 lb. Venison stew meat
    1/4 C flour
    3 med. potatoes peeled & cut into 1/2" cubes
    1- 10 oz. bag of frozen mixed vegetables
    1- 14 1/2 oz can of diced tomatoes
    1- 10 3/4 oz can of condensed tomato soup
    1- 10 1/2 oz can of condensed or 1- 14 oz container of beef broth
    1 1/4 C coffee (or water)
    1 tsp dried italian seasoning
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1 TBL Canola Oil

Directions

Mix Flour & pepper
Dredge meat in flour mixture and brown in large skillet, drain off fat.
Add meat and remaining ingredients to Crock Pot
Cook on High- 31/2 hrs, Low- 7 hrs

Makes approx. 10- 1 Cup servings (6-8, 1 1/2 C Servings)
