Introduction

This is a delightful desert using fresh blueberrys. However I have substituted blueberries for strawberries, strawberries and rubarb, and rubarb. You can add any fruit of equal amount, you like. Thanks Birdegg.

I also make this recipie with strawberries, rubarb, strawberry rubarb, and apples.

You can substitute any fruit you like.

Let me know what changes you did. I have been toying with the idea of using substitute sugar and other thing ingredients, that will give it less calories

  • 64 servings? Get real. BUT, they are good and I used half splenda in the blueberries, and part brown sugar splenda in the oatmeal mixture. I also used 1/2 cup ground flaxseed. - 1/26/11
