Directions

Boil head of cabbage until you can peel off leaves without tearing, about 20 minutes. Brown turkey and onion, drain. Mix cup of cooked rice, can of tomato soup, meat and onion. In separate bowl mix canned tomatos and tomato sauce. Season to taste with salt, pepper, garlic, etc.

Poor a thin layer of sauce in 9x13 baking dish. Wrap about 1/3 cup of meat in each cabbage leaf like a burrito. Place cabbage rolls in baking dish folded side down. Cover with remaining sauce. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes.

I looked at several recipes and put my own together based on what I had to use. The turkey was a nice flavor. I thought I might try beef or pork next time, but I was really happy with the ground turkey.
