Whole Wheat Pancakes

Introduction

This is my version of The 50 Calorie Whole Wheat Pancake, I made a few changes that made it more suitable for a low carb breakfast. This is my version of The 50 Calorie Whole Wheat Pancake, I made a few changes that made it more suitable for a low carb breakfast.
Number of Servings: 32

Ingredients

    1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
    1/3 cup soy flour
    3 T Splenda
    1/4 t salt
    4 t baking powder
    1 T cinnamon
    2 Eggs beaten
    1 1/2 cups half and half cream
    2 T DaVinci sugar free syrup
    3 T. smart balance margarine melted
    1 T. Vanilla

Directions

Mix all the dry ingredients into one bowl, set aside, mix all the wet ingredients together, add wet to dry mix well.
Heat skillet to med heat. spray with cooking spray, drop by tablespoon 2 tablespoon per pancake, makes a nice 4 inch pancake. Cook about 3 min. on first side flip and cook another 2 min. They will be darker due to the whole wheat flour. I hope you enjoy them. This is supposed to make 32 pancakes, If the batter gets to thick add just a touch of water
to thin it out.
