6, 3 oz. chicken breasts (boneless, skinless) 1 can of chicken broth 1 can of french onion soup 1 stick of butter (melted) 1.5 C. rice (uncooked) 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Mix butter, french onion soup, and chicken broth together. Pour into a 9x13 dish. Pour rice on top of mixture, then place the chicken breasts on top of that mixture. Pour the cream of mushroom on top of the chicken breasts. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Makes six servings.
