Ingredients

1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
2 oz Neufchatel Cheese (Lite Cream Cheese)
3 tbsp Ligh Sour Cream
Directions
In a microwave safe bowl, microwave milk for 20 seconds to make warm enough so it pours easily. add in the cheese and sour cream and mix together until thoroughly incorporated. Pour over cake.
