Ingredients

Spartan Uncooked Frozen easy peel headless Shrimp16/30 per lb, 1lb.
Butter, salted, 1 stick
Garlic, 3 cloves
*Onion powder, 2 tbsp
Garlic powder, 2 tbsp
Bay Leaf, 3, whole
Light Beer, 24 fl oz You could use salted water
Lemon Juice, 1 fl oz (remove)
Directions
Makes 4 servings
In a larg pot combine Beer, Bay leaves
Lemon juice.
salt.
Bring to a rolling boil
In a sauce pan
add butter , garlic cloves crushed, garlic powder, onion salt,
and melt over low heat.
When the beer pot is boiling add the schrimp cover with a lid.
let boil untill the shrip have turned orange. about 15 minutes.
drain the shrimp in a calendar then return to the pot. remove the bay leaves.
Pour the butter sauce over the shrimp and stir them to make sure all are saturated with the sauce.
let simmer for a minute.
serve with a container to throw the schells in.
