Black Bean Dip

Introduction

Tasty, fast & easy black bean dip. Tasty, fast & easy black bean dip.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Black beans, 1 can
    Garbanzo beans, 1 can
    Tomatoes with Diced Green Chiles, 1 can
    Garlic, 6 cloves, or to taste.
    Black pepper, to taste.
    Red pepper, to taste.
    Lemon juice, 1 tbsp or to taste.

Directions

Drain beans and put in a pot. Add can of tomatoes.
Peel skin off some garlic and add.
Cook a few minutes, just til warm.
Pour into blender.
Add the rest of the ingredients.
Blend until smooth consistency.
Makes 4 1 cup servings.
