Cilantro Berry Smoothie

Submitted by: SAHAKANOUCH

Introduction

Adding tofu makes it stick to your ribs so you don't crash halfway through the morning. Adding tofu makes it stick to your ribs so you don't crash halfway through the morning.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

1/2 c. Dannon Vanilla Light and Fit Plain Yogurt
    1/2 c. Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened),
2 packets of *EmergenC, mixed with 8-12 oz. water
    1/2 c. Blackberries, frozen (unsweetened)
    2 sprigs of Cilantro
2 tsp Ginger Root (get the stuff in a jar for fast & easy cooking!)
    1 tbsp Agave nectar (optional)
1 tsp Cinnamon (or nutmeg or whatever. I accidentally put in Cumin once and it was really good!)
6 oz. Mori-Nu, Tofu, silken (soft probably works best)

Directions

Put it all in the blender and voila. If you get organized the night before you can prep this in 5 minutes or less on a busy morning.

Number of Servings: 2
