Greek Green Beans

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 cups green beans, canned or fresh
    1/2 cup Light Italian Dressing, divided
    1 onion, chopped
    1 cup chicken broth
    salt and pepper

Directions

Heat two tablespoons of the Italian dressing in a pan. Saute the onions for 1-2 minutes or until they start to get tender. Add the beans and saute for 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper. Add the rest of the dressing and the broth. Bring to a boil then let simmer on low, uncovered, until most of the liquid reduces.
