Ingredients

    Chicken tenders/ breast meat
    flour
    seasonings salt, pepper, paprika, garlic salt, onion salt
    olive oil

Directions

Highly suggest using young chicken breast tenders

put flour and seasoning (garlic, onion and kosher salt, pepper and paprika) on a plate
Dust chicken until covered

Put oil in pan on medium-low heat

Put chicken in the pan and cook slowly (key slowly)
Turn over when needed- cook until golden brown

Serve and Enjoy!!!
