Ingredients

    Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 1.5 cup, shredded or chopped
    Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped
    Tomatoes, 2 slice, medium (1/4" thick) diced
    Dill Pickles, low sodium, 1 medium diced
    American Cheese, 1 slice (3/4 oz)
    Yellow Mustard, 2 tsp aprox.
    Hamburger Patty 80% Lean, 1 serving cooked and diced

Directions

shread lettuce, top with diced tomato, diced onion and diced dill pickles
cook burger (beef, turkey or chicken) melt cheese on burger and dice.
add to salad and top with mustard for your dressing not to much and enjoy.
