Left Over Kitchen Sink Burrito

Introduction

My concoction of all party leftovers!
Make the Burritos - wrap in plastic wrap and freeze! Enjoy for lunch! Does re-heat a bit mooshy. But yummy with salsa over top, eaten with a fork and knife!
My concoction of all party leftovers!
Make the Burritos - wrap in plastic wrap and freeze! Enjoy for lunch! Does re-heat a bit mooshy. But yummy with salsa over top, eaten with a fork and knife!

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    Low Cal Tortilas (1 per burrito)
    Left over chicken - chopped (1/2 cup per burrito)
    Left over layered dip (i got mine from cooking light)
    Pan fried veggies - squash and zucchini - (1/4 cup per burrito)

Directions

Take finely chopped chicken, saute in a pan, add water and taco seasoning - if desired. When complete - create burritos.
Spread dip on center of tortilla, add chicken and veggies.
Tuck in sides and roll into burrito form - wrap tightly in plastic, store in freezer or fridge till needed.
