Ingredients

    corn chowder
    1lb bacon
    1 sm onion
    2 or 3 stalks of celery (optional)
    6 med potatoes
    2 cans cream corn
    2 cans of whole kernal corn
    1 can evaporated milk
    pinch of pepper

Directions

cook bacon in seperate pan cook potatoes and onion in other pan after potatoes are done empty half to three-fourths water out then add corn and bacon and evaporated milk and pepper then simmer 30 minutes
