A tasty twist on the ordinary chicken salad, this spicy version is great as an appetizer on crackers, inbetween a nice crusty bread, or on a bed of lettuce with tomato.

Substitute chili and cilantro for the curry powder to give this recipe a Mexican taste.

Ingredients

    Kirkland Signature Premium Chunk Chicken Breast (canned), 25 oz or 2 cans
    Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped\
    Hellmann’s REAL Mayonnaise (1 Tbls), 6 tbsp
    Curry powder, .5 tbsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Pecans, .5 cup, chopped
