Introduction

Just wanted to create a salad recipe that suits my style. Just wanted to create a salad recipe that suits my style.
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    lettuce
    tomato, wedged
    5 baby carrots, chopped
    1 cup diced celery
    1 cucumber, sliced with peel

Directions

rinse all the veggies, rip lettuce into bite sized pieces, cut, dice and wedge the remaining veggies. Toss in a bowl and serve.
Enjoy. This is mainly so I have a salad assembled so i can use it in my daily logs. :)
