zuchinni bake

Ingredients

    1 medium to large zuchinni, peeled
    14.5 oz hunts diced tomatoes with garlic, basil and oregano
    2.5 oz provolone cheese, reduced fat
    1/2 c. prego marinara sauce
    1/4 c feta cheese, crumbled
    2 T. parmesan cheese
    medium onion, raw
    114 grams (1 pkg.) boca ground burger

Directions

place 1/2 of the can of tomatoes in the bottom of casserole. slice zuchinni into 1" slices, then add a layer onto the top of tomatoes. continue to layer the remaining ingredients ending with the feta and parmesan cheese. bake at 350 for approx 60 minutes. 6 servings
