Raw Banana Rice Flour Sooji Salt (as needed) Chilli powder (as needed) Olive oil
Make a thick batter using rice flour, sooji, salt and chilli powder. Cut the raw banana into thin slices. Dip both sides of the slice into the batter and roast it on a pan. You can use any oil you want. If you want to cut down on calories use one of the 0 calorie sprays like PAM. Serve them hot.
