Ingredients

    Colesons Large Scallops, 3 serving (remove)
    Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh, 1 Tomato, 6 serving
    Asparagus, fresh, 10 spear, medium (5-1/4" to 7" long)
    Parmesan Cheese, shredded, 8 tbsp
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Pasta, cooked, 6 oz

Directions

Cook Bowtie pasta as recommended on package. Cut asparagus in bite size pieces; blanch asparagus. Seasoned the Scallops with Sea Salt and Lemon Pepper and browned them in 2 tbsp olive oil on medium heat. Add asaparagus, cherry tomatoes to the scallops for 1 minute. Add pasta to the scallops; sprinkle with parmesan cheese
