Low Sodium Soy Sauce SubstituteSubmitted by: GABAY29
2 tablespoons sodium-free chicken bouillon
2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon dark molasses
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
1 dash black pepper
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
3/4 cup water
1 In small saucepan, combine all ingredients.
2 Bring to boil and boil gently, uncovered for
3 about 5 minutes or till liquid has been reduced to about 1/2 cup.
4 Store in refrigerator in glass container.
5 Shake well before using.
6Makes 1/2 cup sauce.
