Chipotle Grilled Chicken

Introduction

This is a very tasty chicken. Its a little on the spicy side, but it tastes great on a salad with low fat ranch dressing. I used 3 chicken breast, that were about 6 oz each, I cut them in 1/2 so they would cook faster. This is a very tasty chicken. Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Chicken Breast 3 - 4 oz

    marinate
    Weber Chipotle Seasoning, or any other seasoning
    Olive OIl
    Water

Directions

In a bowl, or some place to marinate the chicken, put the Weber seasoning, and mix it with 1/4 cup of Olive Oil, and 1/4 cup of water. Pace the chicken breast in the marinate mix, and marinate for at least 15 minutes.

You can grill these on the grill for about 15 - 20 minutes, or you can cook on the stove top. I cook them on my indoor or outdoor grill.

Serves 6

Goes great in salads, with low or fat free Ranch Dressing.
