This tastes yummy but was hard to mix...started out with a wisk and it all got jammed inside the wisk, I had to use a knife to scrape it out...tried electric beaters with the same results...ended up just using a spoon and it didn't combine very well...might add some vanilla to thin it out a bit. - 1/14/11
